Around the World in 128 Days - Kobe and Osaka

Travel Day 59 - March 2, 2024 - 8,198 Steps

Salt track on the window beside where we were eating breakfast. It is deck 9, meaning the srpay from the rough seas yesterday almost coving the entire ship.

Colorful fireboat greeting in Kobe.

All photos and video by Linda who was lucky enough to be one the people who got to see it.

Toilet controls in the women's restroom at one of our stops on the day's excursion. As she sat there, she wondered how was she ever going to flush the thing. But on arising it flushed itself. Happy Linda.

Today's bird crow photo.

I'd say that if you are on your own, save your money.

Church

Shrine.

Linda said, "There's something I've never seen before, a line at the men's restroom, but not at the women's.. I've got to take a photo of tis." And she did.

Our excursion group at a Shinto Shrine. It was cold when we got there and bone chilling cold when we left

Something is 10 meters away in that direction.

And that is what it was, I think

On top of the high arched bridge.

The shrine is not just a building it is much more.

The sun was just right when we returned to the ship.
