Around the World in 128 Days - We Started Rocking and Rolling in the Night

 Travel Day 30 - February 1, 2024 - 4955 Steps

It was a bad day for steps, mainly because I was working on several special projects on the computer. It also meant another day without a blog post going up since my writing and image editing skills, what little there is of those two things, were being used on the special projects. But in a few days I should be up to date with posting the blog.

No houses or trees partially obscuring the sunrise when you are out on the Pacific Ocean.

Kainoa, he of yesterday's Spam video, is a truly exceptional speaker.

Taking a break out on the verandah.

Jackie leading another great class on creative writing. Today we were given three weeks to write a humorous story and a story about our feelings about the Amazon, both more than 200 words and only if we wanted to write. There's never any pressure to participate, yet most people readily do. I guess you could sat it is a learn at your own pace and only what you what to learn class. I am more than willing to admit that Haiku and writing mind maps are not my thing.

Best green olives ever, and I love olives.

Jose Sarduy, the comedian being interviewed where the almost every answer had the audience laughing. He spent 20 years in the Air Force before becoming a standup comedian because everyone told him he was so funny he should do it for a living. Thank goodness he paid attention to they said.

Not exactly the best photo, but if it could be called artsy, I'd title it "Lone Cloud at Sunset".

And this video would be "Sailing into the sunset".
