Around the World in 128 Days - At Sea in the Indian Ocean

 Travel Day 90 - April 2, 2024 - 15,641 Steps

One of the videos today is something a little bit different that I've thought about doing, but kept putting it off.

Sunrises on the Indian Ocean are just as awesome as those on the Pacific. There is one little difference and while it doesn't show in this image, it does in the one below.

It is so humid outside that if you dawdle around on the verandah when you first go outside before taking a photo, when you look at what you photographed you discover the lens had fogged up.

One of Linda's art photos.

The type of sea conditions Linda hopes every day brings.

Kim's morning interview guest was the person who has been giving technology talks.

She had a very attentive audience as this beautiful young lady with the ponytail shows.

Answering a question concerning Facebook.

A very calm ocean reflects the clouds. Recalls to mind the song, "Love is Blue."

Another excellent Linda photo.  The intense rain storm is like icing on the cake.

I walk the decks for exercise and have been wondering if readers would like to see what some of them were like. Here's my first attempt at showing what I see, starting with Deck 1.

One of the best books I've read in quite some time and not just because much of it is set in the Galapagos. Though, if you've never been there you should really try to go some time, as it is a different world.

Kim is seriously a jack-of-all-trades, the do everything lady.

It was craft day for Linda, so I just had to stop by and take a photo.

They have a new brand of Pinot Grigio in our favorite onboard bar that is really good. And that opinion is based on more that one sampling.

I'll sum up tonight's entertainer by saying, imitated but never duplicated. Or maybe it is all show but no go, or all glitz but no glamour.

Snippets of a few of the songs in the performance.
