A Leaving For Australia Day
I haven't written the Daily Journal in what seems like forever. This summer we volunteered at the Escapee Care Center during the month of June, then traveled through western Kansas and Nebraska in July and August. September found us in Salt Lake City spending two weeks at the Family History Library immersed in genealogy research. Today finds us changing gears once again as we leave on an extended trip to the South Pacific, visiting Tasmania, mainland Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
Bear with us as it may take a day or two to get the first post from Tasmania written and online. Not sure how the 16 hour time change is going to leave us feeling when we arrive. Not that anyone would doubt what I write, here is visual proof confirming we really are leaving.
Life is not a dress rehearsal. Don't be afraid to laugh, love, retire early and live your dreams.
