The Galapagos Islands Day 5 - May 24, 2017
We were not alone at our mooring last night.
It is easy to tell which kind of landing we will have this morning.
It’s also easy to tell which is the crewmember’s foot.
And what do we see first, two side facing boobys. Don’t they ever look at each other?
A near perfect trapezoid in nature.
Lava lizard in full color looking for love.
Pretty as a picture.
Hungry Lava Lizard
On the hunt
Chomp!
This tastes good.
Obviously this island was very good for Lava Lizards and after a while these little fellows really grow on you.
More SLC’s.
Sea monster
Nap time.
As good as it gets.

Selfie by Linda. Now, how did she do that?
Life is very good.
Wet landing.

They have no fear.
Sacking out.
American Oystercatcher. But there are no oysters in the islands.
They certainly are colorful.
You bite and I’ll swat you!

The sun was setting but it wasn’t quite the end of the day..
Congratulations all around to Ken and Diane on their wedding anniversary.
Not your usual quiet anniversary celebration.
